Terms of Service

JenVoice is a web-based universal business-document builder. The service lets you:

• Create invoices, quotations, proforma invoices, purchase and sales orders, credit and debit notes, receipts, delivery challans, letterheads and government tender documents
• Apply the appropriate tax model for your country - India GST, US sales tax, UK & EU VAT and other supported systems, or a custom rate you set yourself - in your local currency
• Edit and re-save your documents, and reuse saved customers, products and terms
• Export to PDF (and, on the paid plan, Word, Excel and PDF/A), and share documents by link or WhatsApp
• Track document status and payments on your dashboard

• Basic templates can be used without an account; saving, designing and exporting require sign-in
• Authentication is provided through Google (OAuth)
• You must provide accurate information and keep your account secure
• You are responsible for all activity under your account
• Account sharing is not permitted

• Your data is transmitted over encrypted HTTPS connections
• Documents are stored in a managed, access-controlled database with encryption at rest and row-level security, so only your account can read your documents
• We do not sell your data or share it without your consent, except with the service providers needed to run JenVoice (see our Privacy Policy)
• Logo and image uploads are validated and size-limited

• JenVoice offers a free plan and a paid Pro plan (currently $3.99/month or $29.99/year)
• Payments are processed by our payment provider, Lemon Squeezy, who acts as the merchant of record
• Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled
• You can cancel at any time; Pro access continues until the end of the current billing period
• Prices may change; any change is announced in advance and applies to future billing periods

• Use JenVoice only for lawful business documents that you are authorised to create
• Do not upload unlawful content or content that infringes others' rights
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorised access to the service
• Fair-usage limits apply to storage, generation and downloads
• Service availability is subject to maintenance and updates

JenVoice is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, JenVoice and its operators are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss arising from incorrect tax calculations, rates or details you enter, from reliance on generated documents, or from service interruptions. You are responsible for keeping your own copies of important documents.
