  • Business information (company name, address, contact and tax details)
  • Client information (name, email, address, phone number)
  • Document details (line items, quantities, prices, tax rates)
  • Company logo and images (if uploaded)
  • Template, currency and country preferences

Automatically Collected

  • Approximate location from your IP address, used only to pre-select your country in the builder
  • Basic technical data needed to operate and secure the service

How We Use Your Information

  • Create, edit and manage your business documents
  • Provide document status, history and payment tracking
  • Generate exports (PDF, and Word/Excel/PDF-A on the paid plan)
  • Convert currencies for combined dashboard totals using live exchange rates
  • Pre-select the tax model and currency that match your country
  • Maintain your saved customers, products, terms and preferences

Data Security

  • Data is transmitted over encrypted HTTPS connections
  • Documents are stored in a managed, access-controlled database with encryption at rest and row-level security, so only your account can read your data
  • Authentication is handled through Google OAuth
  • Access to your documents is scoped to your signed-in account

Third-Party Services

We rely on a small number of providers to run JenVoice:

  • Google - sign-in and authentication
  • Lemon Squeezy - payment processing and subscription billing (merchant of record); your card details are handled by them, not stored by us
  • Exchange-rate provider - live currency rates for dashboard conversion
  • Hosting & database provider - to store and serve your documents securely

If you use a public share link, anyone with that link can view the shared document until it expires or is revoked.
